Welcome to RAWTOPPER. These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through rawtopper.com and your use of this website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Products
RAWTOPPER products are single-ingredient freeze-dried raw animal products intended for supplemental or intermittent feeding only. They are not intended to replace a complete and balanced diet.
Product appearance, colour, shape and size may vary between batches because we use real animal ingredients.
Always provide fresh drinking water and supervise your pet when introducing a new treat or food product. If your pet has known food allergies, sensitivities or medical concerns, consult your veterinarian before feeding.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions and product availability may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Orders are considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order in the event of a pricing error, inventory issue or other circumstances preventing us from fulfilling the order.
Shipping
We currently ship within Ontario.
Orders of $40 or more qualify for free shipping within Ontario. Orders below the free-shipping threshold are subject to the shipping rate displayed at checkout.
Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates only. RAWTOPPER is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect shipping information or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available to eligible addresses within our designated Halton Region delivery area.
Eligibility is determined by the delivery address entered at checkout. Delivery timing may vary depending on location and order volume.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
Product Storage
Store RAWTOPPER products in a cool, dry place. Reseal the pouch securely after opening and follow any storage or best-before information printed on the package.
Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, pricing, photographs and other website information are accurate. However, minor errors or differences may occasionally occur.
Product photographs are for general representation. Because RAWTOPPER products contain natural animal ingredients, individual pieces and batches may vary.
Limitation of Liability
RAWTOPPER products should be used according to the feeding and storage information provided on the package.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RAWTOPPER is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from improper storage, handling, use or feeding of our products contrary to provided instructions.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable Canadian or Ontario consumer protection laws.
Intellectual Property
The RAWTOPPER name, branding, product names, graphics, photographs, website content and other original materials are owned by or licensed to RAWTOPPER and may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Because RAWTOPPER products are food products, we cannot accept returns of opened packages for food-safety reasons.
Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong product or you believe there is a quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.
Please include your order information and, where applicable, photographs of the product and packaging so we can investigate the issue.
If we determine that an order was damaged, incorrect or defective, we may provide a replacement, store credit or refund, as appropriate.
Unopened Products
If you would like to request a return of an unopened product, contact us before returning it. Returns must be approved in advance.
Unless the return results from an error by RAWTOPPER, original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not refundable.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
